About Virgilia

Virgilia is a self-employed Work- & Organizational Psychologist and works as a Consultant, Coach & Trainer based in Cologne, Germany. She is specialized in “New Work” to create motivating and sustainable working conditions for every industry. Therefore, she trains for example leaders to develop and adapt their leadership skills in every level from shift leader to Top Management leaders. Besides that, she is working on her Ph.D. in the New Work field.

Before Virgilia worked as a freelancer, she worked as an HR-expert for training and development in the chemical industry. She has lived several years in different countries and is fluent in German, English & Dutch.

Her coachings and training are very practice- and learning-oriented. Fun plays of course also a big role.
