About Patrick
Patrick Preilowski, a qualified sports scientist through the German Sports University Of Cologne, is involved in the research and application fields of pain-, neuro- and movement science.
Although prepared in a variety of strength & conditioning topics, his main interest is in the realm of sustainable change in pain perception & sports performance.
While he works as a lecturer and consultant for several educational institutions, his main project is ‚Out Of The Box’, which offers a different approach to professional continuing education for trainers and therapists, evidence-based athletic training & corporate health programs.
